Xpert Service

If you have experience working with sequencing samples and know that your DNA templates are well-sequencable, we provide a low-cost Sanger sequencing service. Your samples will be processed according to established and optimized standard protocols. However, in case of sequencing failures due to difficult DNA template sequences, we do not repeat the analyzes for free. The sequencing results are not manually edited but automatically processed and transmitted to you. All important information about the samples is entered via the Web-based TSM-system.

You may choose between:

• short (approx. 500bp) sequence analysis ("Xpert-S")
• long (apporx. 1000bp) sequence analysis ("Xpert-L")
