MLPA Analysis

MLPA (multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification) is based on a multiplex PCR of ligated MLPA-probes and reveals variations in the copy number of DNA or RNA sequences. It is a sensitive method for relative quantification of DNA fragments. This takes place on a capillary-based sequencer.

The analysis data are being checked for the correct technical implementation and made available as raw data files. On request, we can perform data analysis or provide data tables for further analysis.
