Fragmentanalysis

To determine DNA fragment sizes please submit your color-coded and formamide-dissolved samples. Upon request, we can complement your samples with appropriate length standards and provide support for data analysis. All information about your samples is entered via the Web-based TSM-system.

You may choose between:

• Fragment analysis of fully prepared samples with length standard ("Ready-to-run-F1")
• Fragment analysis where we provide a length standard ("Pre-pared-F2")
• Fragment analysis of fully prepared and with length-standard complimented samples for which we take care of the analysis ("Ready-to-run-F3")
• Fragment analysis for which we add an appropriate length standard and take care of the analysis ("Pre-pared-F4")
