Analysis of fully prepared samples („Ready-to-load”)
You may carry out the complete sequencing reaction independently and submit your purified, already in formamide dissolved samples. We will then perform the analysis on our sequencer. The resulting DNA sequencing results are examined for their quality and manually edited. Repetitions can usually not be carried out free of charge for this type of order. All important information about the samples is entered via the Web-based TSM-system.
You may choose between:
short (approx. 500bp) sequence analysis ("Readytoload-S")
long (approx. 1000bp) sequence analysis ("Readytoload-L")
